I have lived in Lake County for 17 years and I love it more today than the first day I discovered it in the spring of 1992. Whether it is the white-capped mountains in the heart of winter or the gorgeous fall colors creating a patch-work-visual on the Lake County hillsides; or the fresh, new greenery sprouting in the spring, or the shimmering blue lake in the heat of summer, there’s no other place in the world more appealing than Lake County, California.

I am the fourth generation of Real Estate Brokers: in 1928 my Great-grandfather opened the first Al Duncan Realty. My grandfather followed in his steps, then my father; and for the past 6 years I am the proud owner of Al Duncan Real Estate. I got my feet wet, so-to-speak, in residential sales, somewhat stumbled into land—vineyard land in particular—and eventually gravitated into commercial sales. I love the uniqueness of each aspect of the real estate field and would love the opportunity to serve you in any way I can.
